A sophisticated, American-style sour collab brewed with the cocktail wizards of Little Rituals Cocktail Bar in downtown Phoenix. Brewed with 1000 lbs. of blackberry puree, local honey, lemon, and a secret blend of spices. Ripe notes of fruit with a balanced herbaceous finish. 6% ABV / 5 IBU

A little hazy IPA to satisfy your hoppy cravings packed into a pint-sized package. Brewed with local Sinagua malt from the Verde Valley and finished with massive amounts of fresh Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra hops. Refreshing notes of juicy orange peel with tropical undertones. 4.8% ABV / 10 IBU

Barleywine brewed with local honey, honey roasted peanuts, and aged for over two years in freshly dumped High West bourbon barrels. Rich notes of salted caramel and roasted peanut with a smooth whiskey finish. 14% ABV / 35 IBU

A double-mashed imperial stout aged for a few years in High West and Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels. Heavy and warm with notes of baker’s chocolate, vanilla and whiskey. 13% ABV / 55 IBU
