The style was inspired by our newest brewery team member who moved to Phoenix from Cologne, Germany where he brewed authentic Kolsch beer for the last 7 years. Crisp and light with a subtle fruitiness from an authentic Kolsch ale yeast. Brewed exclusively with imported German malts and hopped delicately with Czech Saaz hops. 5%ABV /25IBU
